Our 50-acre Hot Springs Resort, offers a wide range of on-site amenities. Stay busy or choose to relax, while surrounded by a lush, tropical paradise. Designed with families in mind, Sam’s Family Spa—built in 1971—offers a place to hike, watch wildlife with the kids, or simply sit quietly by the lake and unwind in our soothing hot mineral pools. Located on 40 acres of desert land with scenic mountain views, our mineral hot springs feature four partially enclosed pools filled with natural hot mineral water drawn from three wells. The first well is 300 feet deep at 105°, the second is 280 feet deep at 127°, and the third reaches 265 feet deep with a temperature of 142°. We combine the waters from all three wells to create a naturally heated mineral spa experience for you to enjoy. After a day of relaxation, the pools are drained into a holding pond that attracts fish and many varieties of birds, and this same water is then used to nourish the lush plants across our property through our irrigation system.
